Hanson Community Preservation Committee Minutes~ January 21, 2009~
Meeting was called to order at 7:09 p.m.
Members present:
Allan Clemons, David Harris, Laura Kemmett, John Kemmett, Phil Lindquist, Robert Sears,Bill Strait
Not Present:
Patty Norton, William Clay
Minutes of the January21, 2009 were approved: 6-0-1 ~
Old Business:
The Annual Report was discussed and the committee thanked Dave for accomplihing the task in an expeditious manner.
The committee went over the changes made to the application at the previous meeting with Phil so that he could update the document for the next meeting.
Laura will rework the language on page 12
New Business:
Patty monitors the mailbox and telephone
Bob monitors the email
~Liz’s wedding was discussed and all agreed to pitch in and help.
The committee (so kindly) voted to give authority to Dave to write the CPC Annual Report for the town report (due today!) and to deliver a copy of Representative Creem’s bill to Merry for distribution to the selectmen.
Next Meeting : March 18 at 7 pm in the Selectmen’s room~
